Ukraine high-tech emigrate to Spain
Russian aggressivity destroy green projects
VORTEX mills, developed in Ukraine a decade ago and tested under constant improvement. In February 2022, the Russian attack forced us to move the VORTEX technology headquarters to Spain.
Why are VORTEX mills important for AVIS?
In a waste recycling factory, hundreds of high-tech devices work together to smoothly grind up to twenty million tonnes of waste into nanopowder and separate it into its constituent elements. That is about 700,000 freight wagons, each with a payload of 28 tonnes, or a goods train over 10'000 km long.
The essential core feature of an AVIS recycling plant is the shredding and processing of municipal and industrial waste into nano powder. By using the VORTEX powder technology (Tornado) in combination with various high-tech equipment, high-purity nanopowder is produced.
AVIS engineers have been working for years to centralize and acquire strategic industrial production centres in Ukraine. When the Russians invaded the country, our development headquarters were destroyed from one day to the next.
Some of our engineers were very lucky because they escaped unharmed to Germany just in time to continue their journey to Spain. Others remained hidden in Kiev and were able to leave the country via several secret routes.

We were far less fortunate with the Russian technicians in Moscow. Those who disapproved of the war were considered enemies of the state and severely beaten up, arrested and kidnapped. About 250 Russian atomic physicists worked with our technicians. Together they were researching our new reactor battery technology.
Some time ago, one of our most important physicists, who was considered the inventor of the atomic battery, died at COVID in Moscow.
Now we have to reorient ourselves and partially restaff our reactor division. As a result of the events, we are now trying to take over larger industrial companies in the field of electric motor production in the Murcia region. After the technical groups have arrived in Murcia, re-formed and settled in, we are working together to complete prototypes and shape the new production halls. We expect to create well over a thousand new jobs.
