Initially will be 20 Million rubbish converted to nano powder in a single large scale facility. The construction time should be less of 2 years till production. Subsequent in phase 2 AVIS will construct further 2 facilities for the target to convert up to 60 million metric tones each year, 

AVIS has currently several negotiating with existing infrastructure facilities, to be able to commence the production with Simmtronics, one of the largest India producers of smartphone, computers, and other electronic products for start of production in Q4 - 2022. At the facility should be by the end of 2022 around 1000 high class jobs created.

At the location will be the new A-Pad produced with Graphene technology and G7 Connectivity Network.

The new high class green centre will be a hotspot for green technologies prototyping and a paradise for alternative peoples, for leaving and working in an alternative environment. The Hayang University of South Korea will work closely with the AVIS Team member for schooling towards new green technologies.

The center will be a new home for at least 500,000 peoples and should be about the 3D robotic printing technology employed not longer during then 5 years. The entire city construction will be 3D printed by nano powder.  

At the nearby future the facility infrastructure will dispatch up to 3 container carriers every week with 25,000 containers on board.
