The Birth of AVIS Global Energy
AVIS Global Energy secured the company’s name through a spin-off arrangement of AVIS Financial Corporation (a member of AVIS Rent a Car) and we kept the name in an ICC proceeding after we resold the corporation. The company name and logo we secured as worldwide trademark.
A team of engineers from Munich, Germany, undertook long-term testing of cold conversion catalytic technology for converting waste to diesel at Siemens' old plant in Nuremberg. In 2006, we contracted the engineers to commercialize the technology worldwide.

The project we have commercialized between 2007 until 2009 in London, in a 5-story building in St. Katherine Docks. All legal documents and administration requirements could be created by first class law firms and managers. For the financial requirements, we have issued green energy Medium Term Notes, processed and launched. In 2008, we could collect already more as €1 billion, and we have prepared our organization for the start of construction worldwide.

In, 2009 we received warnings and personal attacks and our AVIS Energy firm structure got destroyed by corrupt officials bribed by the energy lobby. Officials-, energy lobbyists and politic bodies claimed that a “rubbish conversion technology” whereby waste in a cold process can be gasified and further distillate to pure Diesel does not exist. Our technology, got classified as a pipe dream and such an industrial offering is a simple fraud at the European population.
The engineering team subsequently erected a test facility for proofing the technology functionality in a secrete place nearby Munich, Germany.
Coming back into life and the re-stabilizing of the AVIS Project did cost us years of efforts. In between at the year 2013 the scientist of the technology, with the engineers, erected in Spain, Albacete the first industrial scale “demonstration facility”.
In May 2014 a Mexican entrepreneur, from Zaragoza, joint the AVIS team offering to develop with AVIS technology worldwide. Within only 2 months, learning about the magnitude of our project, his mind got crazy. In September 2014, he joined our German chef engineer Peter, suffering heavy cancer treatments at this time.
He paid fees for the rights to outdated technology and started to launch a side project with some individuals from Mexico. The entrepreneur from Zaragoza and his team have nothing to do with the AVIS Global Energy Corporation and our world development. They misused our trademarked name, AVIS Global Energy, and distributing outdated technology. It was proven, over extensive testing, that the waste conversion tubes they used are unsustainable. The rolling reactor drum will leak and malfunction over long-term use. AVIS Global Energy has since then improved its technology and assembling substantially and guarantees long-term stability, functionality, and sustainability.
