Economic disaster peoples

The AVIS Team faced during the COV-19 time several impacting issues. 

Along the last 2-year period, the group faced a difficult development time. The group's politics over years for growing by joining and merger new members and corporations for the joint development in its different sectors, has become lately a really difficult task. Many new members joined the group for offering its skills and task for building the IT technology requirements and the treasury department. In finding of the right new peoples has been a real nightmare for the group members. Contracts and verbal agreements we have closed, and new team members has started their offered tasks. These new members tried to deliver its promises but failed in countless occasions or failed completely. One of the reason has been that they misunderstood the politic. They have had the feeling that by offering the requested tasks, they will learn and understanding what the project actually needs. FACTS, they learned that they can't deliver at all the offered service to AVIS about missing skills. At the end they demanded aggressive and with clever tricks money and engaged backdoor operations to collect funds from AVIS, its shareholders or its franchise network for their pockets.

Unfortunately, as the project is a franchise organization for new world technology privately financed, the politic remains restrictive with no exemption for all the members. It's just impossible that our principal shareholders finance non-productive members who only join for a few weeks and deliver nothing. Subsequent the cutting off, such peoples from the group is for both side turned out very painfully and dramatically. 

The common habit of such peoples are blackmailing and other aggressive war against the AVIS group members. During the COV-19 time, such behaviour has been dramatically increased. Read more
