The group has been developing since 2013 at several locations of waste treatment installations via franchise partners. The capacity of the planned 5 different facilities should be around 5,000,000 rubbish per year. During the next months, the local franchise firm will collateralize and refinance the existing projects to be ready for editing into the new technologies of AVIS.
The initial developing project consists of the construction of three Waste Processing Plants located in Cancun, Queretaro, and Merida with a proven industry record.
All three Plants have characteristics such as an exclusive right to all waste in their region, Waste Tipping Fees, Waste Splitting, Recycled Waste Product sale through transformation, and potential for Energy Generation..jpg?1697406522555)
Their current main source of revenue is Waste Tipping Fees derived from all the MSW that comes into the facility that is simply weighed and invoiced to the client, which currently accounts for 60% to 75% of the total income.
Additionally, we will be acquiring the landfill site operation in the State of Aguascalientes and will turn the site into a Waste Treatment Plant operating with the same standards as the three plants mentioned above.
