The AVIS Team decided of activating its large capital reserves. More than 22bln USD are liquid available for the Group in first class banks.
For the processing, the Team merged with a UK based international capital management broker. The broker decided after learning the actual financial structure of the Group to issue 50 bln Euros in Green Bonds. The Notes will be in September on the market and registered at the Luxembourg exchange.
