The HMD (Hydro Magnetic Dynamo) technology invented by Russian engineers in 1990 works with heavy water. The technology has been banned by lobby and politic at that time. The son of the inventor joined AVIS as shareholder in the technology subsidiary AVIS Magnetic Technologies PLC for completing, prototyping and large scale production.
