About the pandemic experience, the group decided to activate a historical project, elaborated already in 2007. The project mainly was established for testing large waste facilities to be mounted in bulk carriers. Such floating facilities could be moved to interested locations for operation without any complicated governmental approval procedures and permissions.
About the pandemic experience, the group decided to activate an old project, elaborated already in 2007. The project mainly was established for large waste facilities mounting in bulk carriers. Such facilities could be moved to interested locations for operation without any complicated governmental approval procedures and permissions. 
As most Governments acted during the lockdown time irrationally and misused police forces, the project AVIS could be in the middle of any political struggle wherever in the world. If a facility mounted on a large bulk carrier gets into political trouble, such a ship could depart instantly from any risk zone within hours to move to a politically better situation.
In addition, the group decided to mount a floating head office in a passenger vessel. The group invites all its engineers, professors, inventors, and team members to board for a life of freedom and liberty. The 300-meter vessel will be edited to a university with all or better installation than any high-tech university today must have. 3D printers and robotics will be onboard for technology prototyping.
