Colombia's construction & derivative operation

At the 29th of June 2022 AVIS entered into agreement for its men power expansion in South America by the merger with Onest Negocios de Capital S.A.S. “Ones” will co-lead managing, sponsoring and trade the AVIS green Swiss Francs Bond. One billion AVIS invest into new share capital and “Ones” will change its name to “AVIS Securities S.A.S”. 
“Ones” maintain 30 offices and 140 employees processing credit transactions and maintain 400 operative sales-force team members. 

“Ones” (AVIS Securities S.A.S) will maintain a Branch in Luxembourg and will manage the derivative department of AVIS Bank with syndicate banks and several international stock exchange. 

“Ones” is licensed and supervised for financial activities and Credit Card Management and a leading Financial company in the provision of credit services, specializing in leasing of equipment’s and vehicle financing like taxi, busses and other special service, and structured business like factoring, of trade business.

Through the subsidiary Originar Soluciones Ltda., it offers credit solutions to pensioners, public employees, teachers and military forces.

Through the subsidiary, ONEST Vehicles offers a business line specializing in the transport sector, offering drivers and owners credit solutions for the acquisition of new or used vehicles.

“Ones” will be a clearinghouse for custodial and cash clearing service for the AVIS Bank and managing, clearing and custodial accounts in South, North America and worldwide.
“Ones” will servicing and bridging the merger with 3 bank institutions in Mexico, Costa Rica and Efecty in Colombia, the largest payment provider in Latin America with 15,000 employees and more than 10,000 sales points and bank boutiques for custodial and cash clearing at the Mexican Markets.

LatinClear is the bridge with Euroclear and Clearstream and Pershing New York, a VIP trading and clearing house in New York. SES Switzerland is the principal cash and derivative custodial trading and clearing service in Switzerland and manages the Switzerland and Madrid Stock exchange. Luxembourg's exchange with will be connected via a new Luxembourg branch is the largest green exchange worldwide with a market cap of over 50% of all worldwide traded green oriented derivatives. NASDAQ, New York membership and last not least a Bahrain stock exchange membership will form AVIS Securities.

High class UK trained banker teams and managers, supervising the accounts of AVIS Bank & AVIS Securities. The new trading force unite will be housed in a new building concept at the London Docklands.

We're converting a large Hotel into a BuerOtel new concept. At least 200 derivative bankers will manage the AVIS Bank Bond issuance and trading power platform with clearinghouse. COLOMBIAN CONSTRUCTION

Years ago at the 26th of August 2016 the AVIS Team acquired 14,000 ha of first class construction land for the construction of a Green Energy Industrial Park with green smart-city for at least 5 million peoples. The 2016 ex-franchise host partner developing the project have never been able about power struggling, greed and endless local obstacles to launch the project. Means, we have there a sleeping junk of land and really no man power for developing up to now. 

However, we are now feeling very positive to have created the right infrastructure financially and the right management power for the actual planning and construction start.

With activation of the Colombian platform AVIS.Tv will for South America start its operation. AVIS.Tv South American division will be the bridge to Europe and the rest of the world. All around environment, green development, high-tech, and politics will fill an interesting program, particular the connection to WhiteWest, whereby all negative behavior at any sector finds light to the population. 

Of course, a cinema streaming service will fill a reach offer to the peoples in Latin America.
