Attacking AVIS Teams

A Turkish group, under the direction of an individual called him selves "Orhan", offered AVIS several security logistics to us, which are necessary for the protection of constructions in politically difficult international locations. The “helpful” gentleman then sent his colleagues from Germany to set up the AVIS security group. The AVIS team on site housed them for weeks in a hotel in Mallorca free of charge.

In addition, the Turkish man stated to acquire the general franchise rights for the Turkish territory. He made a deposit of 100K to the AVIS team to secure its Turkish franchise licence of a value of Five million pounds and applied to start the Turkish construction development. No further licence payments the Turk made, promises and letters of intent followed.

The awakening came after a short time when the Turk demanded high payments from the AVIS team members to Turkish banks for development of the AVIS project into non-related accounts.

After spying on all personal details—including the locations of the family members—he began massively blackmailing of the AVIS team members. The Turk sent his people to Mallorca to pickup children's of AVIS members from the schools for security reasons, he stated as this was a task of his “security-logistics department”. At the time, this was never authorized by AVIS.

In December 2017, a gang led by the Turk attacked members of the AVIS team, tortured them and threatened to kill them if they refused providing control of all AVIS Group shares, and we should now work exclusively for him and the headquarters must relocate to Turkey.

The attacks were reported to the authorities. International arrest warrants issued. The group has been arrested in Germany and other countries. The Turkish gang boss himself has disappeared into hiding. Most recently, he was in Switzerland under a false name. The authorities discovered that the Turk was the head of a professional criminal group operating in Germany and Turkey, specializes in blackmailing industrial companies.

He had the impression to be somehow involved in the Mexican billion-dollar transaction and having rights to receiving the half of the capital and the control over AVIS.

The AVIS group is praising one million euros for pertinent information which—demonstrably—lead to the capture of the Turkish gangster
