The application for the construction of an industrial facility in your country works fully automated.

You must process the following ...

Search an industrial construction land (at least 500.000m2) near a harbour, a train line and or highway. The mentioned size of land is calculated for the industrial facility without smart high-tech green city construction ...

If there is enough ground available, we extend the project to a smart green city if it is of interest

You must obtain from the relevant host governmental bodies pre-licenses for ..  

1.      Municipal, Industrial, and toxic waste management, handling, and recycling.

2.      Basic agreement for the construction of an industrial facility.

3.      Authorization and offering for delivery of waste to the facility.

4.      Production of electricity and trade.

5.      Production of agricultural products and trade.

6.      Apply by the host central bank the authorization for industrial capital movement and/or search a small or middle size bank for Merger & Acquisition.

7.      Authorization for Tax-Free zone declaration. 

8.      Corporate register licence and infrastructure at the host location. 

You will obtain an exclusive franchise member licence for your host country at a fee payment of GBP£5.000.000,00. The payment of the franchise fee can be waived and compensated in exchange for the delivery of a small bank institution, a construction corporation, or other interested corporate structure to be merged and positive for the host development.

You have to launch a host local franchise corporate structure, whereby AVIS will hold 60% to 80% of the shares and the applicant 40% to 20%

4.     Checklist facility for host local infrastructure feasibility planning 

5.     Waste keys European Norm required for the technology assembling at the facility

And; Download and fill out your leasing application form 

and; Register a host AVIS franchise company with an office structure

and; deliver 60% of the shares from your new SPV to AVIS Global Energy

If you have been accepted by AVIS, subsequently process the required basic project implementation steps. We at AVIS will then involve the construction department to follow up towards turnkey.
